I am an artist in a small town in Ontario, Canada. I have three daughters and a hobby farmer for a husband. I create for a living. My youngest daughter was born without her right hand. I decided when she was born that it was more important being available and part of her life then working a part time seasonal job at barely more than minimum wage. I didn't like that I was missing my family life. I was home during the mornings and worked all afternoon and until after my girls had gone to bed. It was no way to raise a family. My daughter having extra appointments was the excuse I needed to figure out another way to make a living. My art and designs is my hope for a better future for my family.
