Botanical muralist and artist Kellie Cox - Kellie uses traditional art techniques to create illustrations, public art, murals and large scale paintings. She is inspired by beautiful native plants, nature and wildlife. Her passion in life is to create beautiful pieces of artwork, both small and large. With her public murals she hopes to inspire the local communities to garden with native plantings to create habitats and food resources for our native wildlife. Originally from Delaware, Kellie spent a lot of her childhood gardening and drawing flowers, which lead her to receive a bachelor’s degree from University of Delaware with a double major in landscape horticulture and plant science in 2009.
