Megan graduated from Glasgow School of Art in 2012 with a First Class Honours degree in Visual Communication. She is a visual artist and lecturer specialising in drawing, printmaking and collage, based in Edinburgh. She is a member of the newly formed Edinburgh Collage Collective. She attempts to observe space from a variety of perspectives, using unorthodox narratives and drawing rules to create surreal observations. Most recently, her work explores the possibility of Architectural Absurdities, where spatial ideas appear impossible and illogical. Her approach often includes complex layering, cutting and projection techniques in a variety of materials. A recurring theme is the psychological distortion of structure, narrative and human perception.
