I've had the clock for a few days and it is keeping time well, but I wondered if it would. The packaging was flimsy, the cardboard box was too lightweight to provide any real protection. The bubble wrap, though the small bubble, likely helped. One of the 3 brackets holding the face in place, came off in shipping. I have a screwdriver with a head small enough for the tiny screw and tried to screw it back into place. No luck. The screw is too short and now that it dislodged, it won't hold. Afraid that I would crack the ring that makes up the body of the clock, I did not want to make a new hole. I taped the bracket and screw to the back in case it is ever needed, and carefully hung the clock. I enjoy seeing it in my kitchen. Please consider a slightly longer bracket screw, and definitely improve the packaging lest you have returns for damages in transit. Thanks for asking.
