Painted with Love Pillow Sham

I actually bought two sets of Painted with Love pillow shams. The first set was 16x16 and they came unbelievably packaged with both shams and two vacuum-sealed pillow inserts. I was stunned by the quality of my purchase--truly 5 stars. But as it turns out the 16x16 just weren't big enough, so I also ordered 2 18x18 Painted with Love pillow shams. Imagine my disappointment when they came in a mailing envelope, all rolled up and wrinkled, and no pillow inserts. I might have made an ordering mistake and they were never meant to come with inserts, but my expectations based on the first order were sadly missed. And now I feel bad because I am rating this product based on what I thought I was going to get, and the artist gets a 3. But you asked.
