Relief [1]: an abstract, textured piece in white by Alyssa Hamilton Art Blackout Curtain

The curtains I received were NOTHING like what was pictured. The description says textured, white, there is NO texture and they are mostly gray. They are literally not the same curtains. I sent an email since there is NO PHONE number. I got a response, I sent pictures of what I received, the customer service person reported she compared my pictures to the online pictures and told me they were the curtains I picked out? They absolutely did not even resemble the pictures. Customer service told me I would need to pay shipping to return because I just did not like them. 2 pairs were $160, so not inexpensive. I emailed back and said I would not be paying shipping as these do not resemble the curtains I ordered. The next email said I should keep the curtains and my money was refunded. This is actually the second time this happened with this company. They do have interesting curtains that you don’t see any place else but I will not be buying anything from this company in the future. Very disappointed!
