The groovy Wall Clock

Our first order was divided into five shipments. We ordered four prints, two clocks, two wall hangings and a t-shirt. All of this arrived within a week or so of the order being placed. The clocks looked decent except one print was flat, as one would expect, the other was irregular and wavy - not in an artistically pleasing way, making it not really match the other. The wall hangings look great - nice bright colors and seemed well. T-shirt came with no care instructions, so not sure how to care for it. Fit was tighter than I am used to in a medium from this kind of cloth and I am in shape and prefer a tighter fit. One print arrived a few days later, but was rolled up in a small cardboard tube - we still have yet to get it flat, though we have had it laid out on a solid flat surface with a book on top of it. The other three prints have yet to show up, though the tracking suggested they would be here nearly ten days ago. We contacted support and they told us to just keep waiting. Not the service I am used to - will not get prints here again. A print should be shipped flat AND in a timely manner. Not our experience.
