Size Incorrect
I ordered this framed print in a 10”x12” size, along with two other prints. All three were produced in the wrong size — each frame was 9”x11”, measured from the outside edges of each frame. After contacting customer service, the three prints were reordered (the customer service agent assumed it was simply a production error), but arrived once again in the 9”x11” size. I was offered a refund, but since I will try to use the prints elsewhere in the room, I declined the refund. I was told that there is a one inch variable in framing production. That doesn’t make a difference in larger framed prints, but definitely makes a difference in the smaller sizes. Very disappointing. If you can’t produce a 10”x12” framed print, please don’t advertise it as being an available size.
