Hannah is a watercolour painter based in the Pacific Northwest who has been working at her craft since 2011. She has experimented and enjoyed working in various styles. Two cohesive elements that always inform and inspire her work are nature and her personal lived experiences. As a gardener and an environmentalist, local species of flora and fauna often appear in her work. The plants and bright colours featured in her anatomical pieces, were selected for their symbolic meaning. Her renditions of classical art pieces were conceptualized out of curiosity and during a period in life when Hannah spent her time bird-watching and keeping finches.
