There are men on the right side of this photo. ? Why so many answering movie tryouts? ……money and fun. The casting requirements obviously were for women with their cats, if that appears unusual. The cats look completely normal and beautiful. Leashes would have been a movie studio requirement too, otherwise lots of those cats would have been roaming around. Which leaves the superstition of European mid-evil, gossipy or entertaining spread of a lie that black cats are unlucky. In this picture, it is illustrated, that that is a lie, a myth, an untruth and should be for all time! + these women typify normal Hollywood, i.e. Los Angeles housewives who would raise these cats as a hobby and possibly get the movie role job and make some extra cash.
