Be Cool Honey Bunny, Funny Saying Wall Clock

Got this for my bro-in-law as we are both Pulp Fiction fans! Not sure how he will like the pink background but I thought it fitting and am hoping he puts it in his home gym! It's adorable!

It arrived nicely and looked great. I put the batteries in and watched work. All of a sudden the long hand became stuck on the long hand. It would no longer spin. I took the battery out and back in but it didn’t work. I put battery back in to try again. He clock would Spin again once I gently tapped the back but once it aligned with other hands it became stuck again. I ended up taking it apart and separating the hands gently. It worked for a second but then popped out. I’m very disappointed in this malfunction
