Thanks for listening
For 4 days, it was VERY HARD to get someone to listen to our issue. We had an issue with the wallpaper not being printed and cut properly, leaving a very thin white line on the print that then did not allow the 4 mural pieces to align for the pattern properly. The major problem is no one on the phones to speak to in the middle of the problem and then no one answering 'help email' for 3 days. AFTER we finally were contacted, the company did make an exception and replace the next mural at no additional cost. Certainly, the right thing to do, and we appreciate that. We will try again and keep our chin up for future positive experiences with Society 6.
