Pretty, but quality?
It is a very beautiful piece of art, but the fabric was much thinner than I anticipated and it arrived very wrinkled. Hopefully steaming it will work because it is beautiful

Very slow delivery
Ordered this as a Christmas gift and was told that delivery was guaranteed for 12/23/17. I finally received it on 12/29/17. Customer service doesn't have a phone number to call. On email.
The only reason I'm giving them a 3-star rating is because the tapestry is very nice.
