Sloth Hiking Team Tank Top

It took over three weeks fot my order to arrive (over a month when all was said and done)which was my first complaint. When I finally got it, they had completely forgotten to put one shirt in the bag, and the Sloth Hiking Team shirt was misprinted. It took three emails to get a response, at which point customer service was decently helpful. They sent a new order out with the missing shirt and another Sloth shirt. When I got the replacement order both shirts were misprinted. When I emailed back with photos of the shirts I was told Society6 couldn't guarantee that they would be printed properly, so they offered me a refund instead. Why offer a service that you can't guarantee? Great artists, and a great idea in theory...but I won't waste my time on Society6 again.
