Unsatisfactory Shipping and Quality
I bought products for Christmas presents a year ago and did not have any issues, and was happy to purchase unique gifts again this past year. However, shipping took close to 4 weeks, and customer service was useless. I also found the printing quality subpar compared to previous purchases, as the graphics are fuzzy. Will be apprehensive of purchasing again.
