Jackie Sgovio is a visual artist based out of Ontario Canada. Jackie enjoys working with mainly charcoal and pastel but is known to dabble in acrylic paint from time to time. Her inspirations come from The Devine Feminine energy as well as human emotion and organic movement. Jackie enjoys working with contrasts in grayscale values. Each portrait emerges organically from the paper, never knowing what essence will come through is what makes each drawing itself unique. Jackie strongly believes there is an invisible soul connection between a piece of art and the person who is meant to own it.
