Robin Turner has loved art since childhood, learned to draw well at a young age, and could almost always be found with a camera in hand from about age 8 on. She studied drawing extensively in high school, and her first job out of high school was as a drafter. Later, she earned an Associates Degree in Mechanical Drafting Technology. While in college getting her Bachelor's in Psychology at UNCA, she studied drawing, painting, photography, print-making, and ceramics. She is currently serving as board president of a small co-op gallery in her hometown, and shows regularly at any local shows she can make time for. Crochet is another outlet for her work.
