I am drawn to art in its role as storyteller, historian, and social commentator. As someone who has always identified as an activist, my art quickly developed into a framework of social commentary. The feminist pieces in my youth have become more personal stories as an adult. The human condition, how people behave and react, as well as their experiences are at the forefront of my creative focus. My goal is to create imagery that evokes emotions, memories, and/or future goals.
