I'm Alix M. Campbell aka designsoup_by_alix. I'm a writer, illustrator, and surface pattern designer from Austria living in Portugal.

I'm inspired by nature, especially the ocean, and I adore the aesthetics of art and the joy of getting lost in colours.

I love drawing beachy themes, cats, women, and plants to adorn your empty walls, and I also create patterns for the areas of home decor, stationery, and tech, among others.

My medium of choice is primarily Procreate on my iPad, but I also love playing with gouache and ink now and then. I'd describe my style as playful, fun, and bursting with colour.
