In 2023, Kat Miller is finally coming out of the closet as a designer. Visions of furniture design has been floating in her head since her teen years (the 80’s). While she boldly shares furniture design concepts, she has kept her desire to create surface designs to herself … Until now.

Born in the 60’s to an artistic hippie mom and raised in Connecticut with frequent access to NYC, Kat grew up with a broad spectrum access to the arts. And although she has received much formal instruction in art as a child and youth, she always preferred the raw, earthy aesthetic of the ethnic, tribal, boho, trippy hippy.
