Excellent customer service, product is ok
The mural is beautiful when up, I got a ton of compliments. It did take a while to put up. Within 24 hours it was falling off the wall, completely. There customer service was great and sent me out a new one as well as gave me the option for a refund instead. I opted for a replacement as it looks great on my office wall but it still just does not stick as it is supposed to and it is just a flat painted wall. I have double stick tape in places and I am constantly flattening out bubbles in it that just come back up. I think the concept is a great one however if this print was on a tapestry I could have hung I would have zero complaints.
