Bees Garden Laptop & iPad Skin

This review has no bearing on the artists, who do incredible work. I ordered a laptop skin from Society 6 in 2014. The finish was glossy, the color was bold and solid, and it was basically perfect. I got compliments on it all the time in college, and it made me super happy. Not so in 2021. I waited much longer than considered usual by the FAQ to get my new skin, and then when I got it, one side of it was a bit streaky, as if the printer did not solidly lay down the color (see image). It's subtle enough that I felt it would be stupid to talk to customer service about it, but honestly it's still so disappointing for the price. Next time I buy a skin, I may just try somewhere else. On the plus side, application was easier this time around. No air bubbles or wrinkles. Don't know if I can thank the new material for that or the fact that I am seven years older and wiser.
