Giant white margins
I ordered an 18"x24" poster to fit a frame. What I did not know is that in order to "meet" that size, the print has massive white margins on all 4 sides rather than an enlarged print in the dimensions I ordered. The quality of the print and delivery was fine, but super disappointed in how misled I was.
