I'm soooo sad this didn't turn out as expected!!! The graphic is adorable, and I really wanted to give this as a gift. Unfortunately, the manufacturing process really did not do this poor little clock justice. The image behind the clock hands was totally warped & not laying flat by any means. It was peeling up from the back & touching the front plastic piece, preventing the clock hands from being able to move properly. I sent photos to customer service & requested a replacement, thinking it was maybe just a fluke since every other product I've ordered from this website has been great!! But they didn't respond & just refunded my money. Soooo disappointing because I wanted to love this clock so bad!!
