Clementine Carry-All Pouch

I purchased three bags, all with different prints. One of the bags had the print completely cut off at the bottom so you could not read the script. If the bags are too small for the template, you should not offer them in that size. On the positive side, the customer service group was quick to respond and refund my money although the exchange process (which I would have preferred) was awkward, which is why I ended up opting for a refund. The other two bags I ordered are adorable but I'm not sure I'll order again for fear that the same thing may happen.
