I CAN'T GET OUT OF BED THE BLANKETS HAVE ACCEPTED ME AS ONE OF THEIR OWN Poster

I had a great deal of trouble w/ this purchase. I ordered it on Nov. 30th. I received an email that it was sent out Dec. 2nd. I was giving it as a present and had plenty of time, since I wanted it to arrive in Seattle anytime between the 9th and the 17th. However, during the tracking, it suddenly disappeared. I called the number that was provided, but was told it was no longer in service for Society6. I then began a long email communication w/ customer service. It looks days until my service person (Cristian) did, indeed, acknowledge that my order was lost and untraceable. He then agreed to put in for a replacement order. By then it was about the 10th. He emailed that the order would take 3-4 days to produce and 5-10 days for delivery. When I pleaded with him, or her, to EXPEDITE THE DELIVERY so it would still arrive in time as it was a present for my grandchildren, he wouldn't consider the option. It arrived 2 days late!!! He even emailed me to THANK ME FOR MY PATIENCE (Note: Although I had email confirmation for the original order w/ the Correct Seattle Address, it eventually came to my Billing Address in New Jersey. Society6's return address is Santa Monica, CA) The posters are great. Unfortunately, the service wasn't. Had Cristian agreed to expedite the reorder (a service Society6 does provide), or agree to consult w/ someone w/ the authority to OK it (it was their mistake, but I would have paid the additional charge), my gift would have arrived on time, and I would not be writing this review.
