print looks great, frame isn't

The artwork itself looked great. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the frame. Apparently it's not real wood (I ordered "pecan") and the printing of the "wood" left a bunch of yellow dots all over. There was also a small dent in one part of the frame. Customer service was great and they sent me a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement had the same issue, but even worse this time! Maybe the black frame would be all right, but they don't do exchanges, so I'll have to order it again at some point. Right now I'm a little tired of dealing with this. To restate, customer service was fantastic and I really appreciated their quick, kind help. I'm really bummed about the frame not working out twice and the fact that exchanges aren't possible. I received a full refund and appreciate that. I hope whoever makes the frame gets the issue figured out because it would look nice without the yellow dots and the artwork itself looked great both times!
