Product was perfect. Service, not so much.
The product was perfect and just as expected which is the only reason for positive feedback. The 5 star review is for the merchandise only. However, the service/shipping was not. Merchandise was promised by 12/23. Did not receive this part of my order until 12/27. Sent an email regarding the issue in which the expectation was set tht I'd hear back within 24hours but have heard nothing. Still have not received the other piece ordered. Bad experience.
