After a long search on the website, I finally found a comforter. Repeated attempts to complete the purchase failed because of some glitch. The company doesn't provide a Customer Service phone number. Only way to contact them is by email. They responded several days later and helped me place the order. It took weeks for the item to arrive -- despite the size I ordered, it didn't fit. More emails and negotiation. I had placed a separate order for matching pillowcases. After a month they hadn't arrived. A replacement order was placed, and after several weeks with another email exchange, the replacement pillowcases arrived. While the merchandise is of sufficient quality, the entire process from order to receipt was long, cumbersome, and frustrating.
