Mountain Morning Bath Mat

I really liked the artwork on the bath mat, but the recipient of the gift did not like the mat. They told me that when they stepped out of the shower onto the mat, the water pooled in the mat and was not comfortable. Since each order is produced as ordered, I am not returning the item. I want to support your company and the artists you represent. Also, a shipping problem? I also want you to know that I received the mat about 5 weeks after I ordered it, and it appeared to have been rolled into a log shape for quite some time, making it hard to smooth the fibers.
