Playful Winds so Warm
I stumbled upon LEOVY serendipitously while shopping on this website. The Mexican painter uses brightly-colored paints to turn her simple trees trees into a delight.
She paints the sky a lovely lemon chiffon. The hills and grass are apricot-, asparagus-, and grape-colored with the most fantastic trees sprawled. These include lemon-colored leaves on a cherry trunk and a cinnamon-leafed tree with a graham cracker trunk.
My faveys are the clouds with their pudgy profiles. The blueberry-colored ones are striking. Said clouds are - pooh! - playfully blowing zephyr kisses.
The round shapes give a feeling of ease and relaxation. I bought this painting with a handsome modern walnut frame. This has been one of my favorite purchases from society6.com
