Before I got my canvas

Before I got my canvas print on hand, I received a message card from Hong Kong Speed Post saying that I got to pick up my canvas print in post office. I was so puzzled at that time and I called Hong Kong Speed Post immediately for enquiry. I told them that I didn't receive any message from them beforehand to tell me when they will deliver the canvas print to me. They said the phone number left by Society6 was an Australian phone number and that's why they could not send me any mobile message. I was so frustrated as I left my Hong Kong mobile number with my purchase order and I didn't know why it came out to be an Australian phone number which was totally unreasonable. I asked Hong Kong Speed Post to deliver me the canvas print again and they asked me to pay another lump sum of money in order to fulfill my request. Otherwise I still had to go to the Post Office to pick up the canvas print on my own. At that time I was so angry as other courier service companies such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and etc. would not be like this. Eventually I had no other choice but pay another lump sum of money again to get them re-deliver me the canvas print. Frankly, I was so dissatisfied with the delivery service company assigned by Society6. The canvas print is good, but I might not buy any other things from Society6 anymore. I remembered that when I placed my purchase order, I was charged much for the international shipping but it turned out that I got to either pay again for re-delivery or go pick up the canvas print at Post Office on my own. This didn't make any sense to me at all. As you might not know, Hong Kong Speed Post will only make delivery from 9:00am to 5:00pm every Monday to Friday. As an office lady like me, how can I get my delivery at home? That's really ridiculous! I do hope that my issue will be addressed and paid attention to seriously. I would like to request Society6 to refund me the money for what I have paid also. Please take it into your consideration and I look forward to receiving your reply soon. Thank you.
