The Sleeping Gnome Wall Clock

I received the clock and was very excited as it is a gift for my sister. The image and look of the clock is perfect! However, the package was not wrapped well for it being breakable and the package had been opened. However, no damage had occurred. (Thankfully) After installing a battery into the clock to see that it was working properly...I noticed that it was not working properly. The second hand is getting caught on the minute hand causing incorrect timing. Which is a problem obviously for a clock.
