Love My Pillows, Dislike the Delivery and Service
I’ve always been a fan of S6. Shopped with them when I was still in the US. When I moved to Singapore and bought an apt, my pal suggested them again for some gorgeous yellow pillows. In short, I never received any delivery fail notice from SingPost or AustralinPost. Reached out to S6 and all they gave me was a track # but who to track with? No one knew. I had to dig around the internet and finally found who was screwing up - SingPost (by far the worse post office in the world!) I discovered I had less than 24 hours to pick up my package. I had to take time off work to get them. No one at the SingPost center apologized or gave an explanation. #MEGAFAIL
FYI SOCIETY6 - asking me to call international to Australia isn’t a solution. You should follow through and help the customer locate the package. So 2 stars only for the beautiful pillows and minus 3 stars for lack of service, shrugging responsibility and lack of empathy.
