My correct address was not put on the parcel TWICE. Once it was returned to you so I had to wait again for a new order and you then mucked up the address AGAIN. This is after I clearly contacted you and you assured me you had corrected the problem and the parcel was correctly addressed. I had to run to the post office and convince them to give it to me and go against their usual policy of returning parcels that are not correctly addressed. The time and energy expended was not appreciated. Also, the quality of one of the prints was not great with unfinished seams and hastily sewn edges. I received a partial refund, which I requested but I ordered from you last year and had difficulties as well. Alas I love your products and services but don't want to risk the same delays and frustrations which appear to be common place with your company. NO QUALITY CONTROL or communication between the people who work there. Also no phone number for customer service.
