Clock
The first clock was replaced because it didn’t work. The replacement was immediate however the second clock although works fine had a piece floating around in the box. Shipping packaging should be improved, all corners dented due to dropping along shipping route.

2 broken clocks
I ordered this clock and when it came the second hand broke when I put the batteries in. I was send a replacement and when I opened it the second hand was already broken!! I will never buy anything from this website again unfortunately.
