The Unknown Starr AKA Sarah Starr an Artist and illustrator working with drawing, digital collage, textiles, mixed media and print to create images that communicate ideas to fulfil client briefs and expectations. Her self directed work is focused on portraying feelings and emotion through narrative. She hopes to start dialogue about subjects such as shyness, equality and diversity. Encouraging viewers to challenge their own thoughts whilst engaging with memorable art and illustrations.
She is an educator running art, craft and textile workshops for children, teens and adults. She loves teaching people new skills and giving them the confidence to try new things and start their own love affair with the arts.
