Thomas Terceira is an artist, a craftsman and a designer, working in jewelry, collage, decoupage, and graphic design. He has shown his one of-a-kind creations locally, nationally and internationally. In addition, he has worked for many years in product development as a designer, sample maker, and model maker and jeweler for jewelry manufactures and retailers. He has been creating collage and mixed media art work for the past ten years and decoupage on glass works. His collage works have won numerous awards and have been frequently exhibited. He earned a B.S. in crafts design from Florida State University in 1977 and a certificate in Print Design from RISD in 2006.
