Hello, I am AliceMara, I love all things creative, cooking, drawing, sewing, dance, and gardening. Since elementary, I’ve drawn and sewn making unique items that I am passionate about. I attended high school and college for fashion design and spent the last 30 years working in the industry. I love what I do, but fashion is harsh on the environment. I desire to be an artist with an earth-friendly footprint. My faith is an integral part of my life to treat everyone with love. To leave a positive mark on my corner of the world and create art inspired by my faith and worship. I love making art from my heart that inspires that makes people happy to be around it. I enjoy telling visual stories.

There is a deep passion in my heart for girls! In 2019 girls are still most likely to have some type of trauma in their young lives. Through art, I want to encourage, strengthen, and give hope. Eight years of mentoring has bound them to my heart! (and I still vividly remember my childhood even though good it had challenges)

My nickname is “Sunshine,” I hope being around me or my art will feel like a sunny day in your life.
