All About Amateruu Art

A pleasure to meet your acquaintance! My name is Rin, but I am better known by my artist moniker Amateruu.

I have been drawing since I could hold a pencil (so basically all of my life), but have been doing so in a professional capacity for a couple of years now. I graduated from the Queensland College of Art (a.k.a. Griffith University) in 2016 with highest academic honours. I majored in Interdisciplinary Print Media, specialising in drawing, and now apply these learned skills in my everyday artistic practices.

I am a mixed media artist; a self-professed jack-of-all-trades but master of none, and I revel in all aspects of creative ingenuity. I am an amateur author amongst other things, and I'm also an avid gamer in my downtime. Character and concept design are my passions, and I would love to pursue these avenues in my art-making in the future.
