Alexander was born in 1960 in the Republic of Georgia and spent his early childhood there. He studied at Stroganov Moscow State University of Arts and Industry in Moscow. Photography is one of his favorite genres along with landscape, still life, and creative photography. Fine art, which also began as a pastime, eventually became more of his focus and passion, part of his life. Alexander has works in oils, acrylics, watercolors and pastels; his illustrations were used for limited edition calendars, postcards, and books.
