Ana was born in Oradea (Romania), a beautiful town. Her mother is Hungarian and her father is Romanian. She spoke mostly hungarian at home, although she is bilingual. Ana begins to work very young, aged 9, in a shoe factory, thus developing her passion for manual work, materials, art, fashion and handicraft. In 1996 she got the artistic high school diploma in her town. In 1999 she finished successfully the 3-years course at the local university. In this occasion, she planned a trip to Rome on the occasion of the 2000 Jubilee. She has been striken by the astonishing artistic beauty of the city. Soon after she decides to move to Italy, mainly in Rome. In 2010 she obtained a master in medical instrumentalist at the University of Rome – La Sapienza. In 2012 she got another master in critical area at the same University. In 2016 she moved to Città della Pieve in Umbria, where she worked in a rehab project structure for drug addicted. During such working experience, she met Andrea, who was a guest of said structure, following a life of excesses. Andrea, through dialogue, art therapy, and Ana’s love has reached a new dimension, which led him to become both her companion in life, and associate in the project Frida & Raul. Andrea was born in Rome; he is a self taught, passionate of esotericism, ufology and sociology. He sees art as a vehicle to trascend human nature. When they falled in love to each other, they wanted so hard to be artists, that while Ana had finished to study as a pedagogical educator, they decided to dedicate their future to the Frida &Raul project, leaving behind their old life and jobs. The core of such project is a personal study of inner research, which moves their art, a style of painting informal, materic, abstract. Their art is for people who, through their personal trip, find their mirror into the others. Beyond the dual, to be a sole thing and meanwhile everyone is different ; 1+1=3, as taught by Quantum Physics. To them, any object is entitled to be something more. Therefore, they use all kind of materials: e.g. coffee , cement, to realise their works. List of shows: Collective art exhibition:
