Hi there! My name is Ashley Zekveld and I am an illustrator and graphic designer living in Northern Alberta, Canada. My art style consists of vibrant, high contrast illustrations that are either hand-drawn or digitally painted. I am also influenced by Dutch delft blue ceramics because I am of Dutch heritage and have grown up seeing this art style on ceramic plates hanging on our walls and I like to apply this art style to new surfaces and subject matter.

A few of my favourite things include exploring the great outdoors and snapping reference photos for future drawings, teaching art classes and spending quality time with my family.
