New Zealand based photographer, Allan Kilgour, has been producing high definition astrophotography and local landscape images since 1987. As an avid motorhome traveler he has scoured New Zealand for the best locations in the best conditions to produce outstanding images.

He also has a range of telescopic equipment which enables him to produce stunning astronomy images from his back yard in Rotorua. Each of these images require anything from six to 40 hours of imaging to complete and utilize the most sophisticated astrophotography filters and software to complete the process.

Allan is a perfectionist when it comes to his art as a photographer and it shows in his final images as seen on astro-arts.
