My name is Carissa McCloud, I am a Louisiana artist. The reason my shops name is Bluebird Revival is because bluebirds hold a spiritual meaning of "joy" or "a time to live in joy". Revival means an "improvement in the condition or strength of something", a "comeback", a "rallying". Painting, designing, creating and building is my Bluebird Revival. I find so much peace and joy from painting and creating. Pop art style of painting was taught to me and practiced at a young age, this is a very fun style of painting for me. Abstract style was self taught within the last few years, this style brings me a sense of peace. I am always practicing and bettering my skill by taking classes and learning from other artists.
