Anne is half-Basque, a former bartender, and wrote about 1930s post office murals for her MA degree in history. She was published in a Random House anthology, and wrote artist biographies while interning at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.

In 2021 she was a semi-finalist in Bounty’s graphic design contest. Her latest obsessions are home designs, gardening, and world peace. She named her Florida-based business after the little pompoms bordering your auntie’s curtains.
