The By Robert James Journey started over 25 years ago now. My first creations came to life in Columbus, OH on a Saturday morning when Mike, an employee at T-"Shirts To The Rescue" pulled my first tee out of the heat curing oven. My heart beating with the excitement to see my creation in real life! Later, while attending F.I.T., I took a screen printing course and met a powerhouse in graphic arts named Linda Daily. She taught me the ropes of how to make an amazing home print set up that would be my first for sale expression in NYC. Those efforts sold to my employer, Gerry's Menswear, would land my tee's in a full page editorial piece in Playboy Mag! 11 years ago when I opened my first NYC shop, my graphic tee's were front and center as well.
