I live in the forest on a small island off the coast of British Columbia, Canada with my husband who is a writer and our rescued German Shepherd Dog. Pender Island is part of the Southern Gulf Islands, located in the Straight of Georgia, bordering the United States of America.

The Pacific Northwest is home to the most incredible natural scenery, surrounded by the ocean, lakes, mountains, forests and fauna. We are so lucky to watch such a variety of wild animals while on nature hikes, our walking meditation path around the property, and even out our kitchen windows!

We love travel and adventure, but mostly we love nature bathing, no matter where we are in the world!

Nature inspires me. It calms me. It grounds me. I hope this little glimpse through my eyes into our island life inspires you too.
