Oil and watercolor and ink painter, designer, writer Catherine Ludwig Donleycott studied architectural drafting, publication design, and painting in North Carolina. Since 1972, people responded to her artistic vision by purchasing over 500 original works through shows and galleries. Now, after a life-long search for a sense of place, Catherine has settled in Clayton, North Carolina, where she plays piano, walks, hikes, gardens, and gathers more inspiration for painting.
