Hi! I’m Claire Saphire- an artist living in NYC with my husband and our two year old little boy. My favorite mediums right now are watercolor and ink. I paint on paper, plastic, polyester film, and sometimes even glass to achieve different effects. I tend toward the figurative, but sometimes getting into abstraction opens up some loose, fun creative moments.

All of the art you see here were original pieces that were hung and sold in the cafe I own with my husband in New York City.
